Did the 1st leg of the Gauteng Winter Trail series this morning. Ran in vff KSO's. The trail was very rocky in parts with lots of sharp stones and lots of loose stones. I think the trail would be a real killer for barefoot!!! I enjoyed the run. The only complaint I have got (and it is small)...

Being a good barefoot week this... logged 3km on Monday and just did 5km barefoot today!!! No pain no discomfort!! feeling really good!!! Although wondering if other countries roads are as rough as ours!!!! ;)
Ok just getting my blog and and my barefoot running started!!! Logged 1 mile barefoot and felt good!!!! Feet just gotta get used to the tarred surface!!!! and I ordered some Zem's now just to see if they ever arrive here in Sunny South Africa!!! :)
