getting started

Ok just getting my blog and and my barefoot running started!!!

Logged 1 mile barefoot and felt good!!!! Feet just gotta get used to the tarred surface!!!!

and I ordered some Zem's now just to see if they ever arrive here in Sunny South Africa!!! :)

How many people do you suppose run barefoot in South Africa? Not that many, huh? -TJ

Yip not many at the moment, but I do think it will start to take off a bit now.

There is a guy who runs full marathons barefoot and he has done for quite a few years!!

And I did see a a runner in sandals and one in fivefingers at a race about 2 months ago, so there does seem to be an interest!!!



But no idea how many ther actually are??
