Barefoot Running Step by Step and bend your knees!!!

Another great week of barefoot running!! I recently got a copy of Barefoot Running Step by Step by barefoot Ken Bob and Roy Wallack, and I must say what a great book!! I highly recommended it too anyone who has got an interest in BF running!! and of course we all do have an interest in BF running!!

This book has really helped my BF running, I think the most important point I have picked up is to bend your knees!! So simple yet so effective!! So if you are having problems in your transition to BF running make sure you are using your legs as your super shock and impact absorbers, and the first step to doing this is to bend your knees!!! Try it!!

I agree that it's a great read. Not only is it the best book on barefoot running, it's a fun read as well.
 
yes for me the best book on barefoot running!! And Ken Bob's humour definitly makes it a great and fun read!
