Form drills

I have being messing around with some drills to help keep good form.
What I do is think about a drill...such as 'cadence'..then I run for 900m working on getting it right.
Then I walk for 100m while I think about the next drill such as 'bend your knees'.then I run for 900mm working on that. and so on and so on...then I run the last few km's putting it all together. It works for me...try it.
