I was really interested to watch the running form of the womens 10k event... all of the women seemed to be running the way we BFRs are aspiring too - landing beneath the hips, bend in the legs, mid-foot, very high cadence.... Also, I remember reading something about how 'primal' man (or woman(ref. monty python)) would have had over-developed glutes, and smaller hamstrings... which is exactly what these women had - as apposed to your average weight-loss runner who ends up with big hamstrings, and no glutes... very interesting to watch.
