That is a nice pace for that distance.

You are so casual about the 1/2 marathon!Ran Irving summer 1/2 marathon yesterday at 7:00 am, 72 deg., 69%rh, seemed hotter in the sun. probably 1/2 shaded 1/2 no shade. Mile 10 cut out into a fresh mowed field with no trail for about 1.25 miles. I have not been running off road lately. The cut grass stubble was a little tricky. saw ducks, turtles and a few geese. Great run, the heat and sun seem to take a little out of me.
This was the end of week 11 of training for me 27 miles total.
Feet Good. Legs Good. (I love ice after a summer run)
Does anyone know how the Garmins figure the temperature? i.e. from the start, or average, or from the end.
