I was blown away when I first saw that Iceman video a couple of years ago. I thought there was no way humanly possible to run anything more than a few miles at temps below -20 degrees, then I saw that.

And don't forget about Barefoot Rick Roeber. He's run marathons in the ice and snow in single digits. So, yes, it can be done, and is being done; it just takes a certain kind of mindset, will power.

I was going to put a video up on Rick as well, but i was limited to the two and i couldn't pass up on my little venture video. Barefoot Rick was the one that inspired me to try the winter running in the first place.
