I started running in May, 2010, BF from the first steps. I've since gotten the hang of running in VFF Bikilas if conditions warrant, for weather, terrain, or for a race.
My usual stomping grounds are the trails around Valley Forge National Historical Park or over near Princeton, NJ where I work.
I enjoy a race now and then, especially trail races. I do run a road race occasionally, and will put a few on my schedule for 2013 soon.
I have 3 kids, 6, 10 & 12, or might near.
I like to fish a bit (striper & shad) when I'm not running or distracted by work.
I take care of trees for a living when I'm not distracted by running, family or fishing.
