Well...
I'm not starting from scratch, but still. Hi, I just joined the forum, and need some advice. I have been minimalist runner for pretty much the entirety of when I've been running (3ish years middle and high school). My feet are definitely strong enough to handle barefoot running. I bought some water shoes and took out the insoles to make 100% sure that they have no support or anything, just protection from the ground. So far I have done 5 runs in them, and after I have had no soreness or pain whatsoever.
My real problem is foot toughness (skin toughness?). Anyway, what are the best ways for toughening up your feet quick? (so far I have been just going around my house and street barefoot)
