Most people visiting me here in the States (I have been living here for about 8 years now) comment on how many rules they have to follow here and I agree. US natives are incredibly adept at stating their expectations to the world around them while spending small amounts of effort in trying to step outside their own point of view.
Blind Boy said:First, the concept of "foreign" is weird. The only thing every country except the US has in common is just that, we're not the US. Second, socialism does not limit freedom. It does increase your responsibilites toward your fellow man though. Third, I don't know any other "western" country that has as much of a problem with bare feet as the US.
