My form sucks

Found out my the form I was using on Friday SUCKS.

Evidenced by the following:
Tenderness the next day between 4th and 5th MTP joints of my right foot. Went away by Sunday.
Soreness in the right calf starting Saturday afternoon and lasting at least on Sunday.

I guess I take it easy for a day and then hit the pavement (softly though) again later.

Luckily I think I catch myself before I hurt myself too bad (so far...)
 
Get a roller going to hasten recovery! It really works and is especially important in the development phases of BFR. There are videos from some of our very accomplished PT practitioners to give you some good methods to work with. In any case, just try it if you haven't already.
