hey Ches, I like it. I didn't think I would but it'd a good workout. I say give it a shot. I plan to do more p90 after marathon training, just not enough time in the day to do it all.
Monday 2nd: p90 core synergistics
Tuesday 3rd: 6mi barefoot
Wednesday 4th: 1.5hrs Zumba
Thursday 5th: 7mi run, 1hr Zumba
Friday 2hr Zumba
Saturday 20mi mostly barefoot, socks somewhere in the middle on rough terrain and at the end
