My husband just said he's willing to try barefoot running again. This time I won't immediately take him out on super-rough pavement, like I did last time. Lol.

Oh, but then he adds, "But I'm going to do it my way". And I said, "What way is that?" He says, "Just going to take off my shoes and run." Lol. Poor man. He should start trail running with me in the mud, that would scare him off, I guess. Though I started trail running in the rainy season and it didn't scare me off. Lol.

I told him he should start with Pose running first and I found this really good video that I made him watch last night.

I am going for a super slow mostly flat trail run tomorrow -on a trail where I definitely have to walk parts since it's started raining- I should see how he likes that!!! BWWHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!

I convinced him to run part of the trail tomorrow with his shoes on and then walk the rest of time, barefoot.
