Hello From the Pacific Northwest

Howdy. I live in Snohomish, a medium-size town about 40 minutes North of Seattle in Washington state. I started running last December. I've been running barefoot since February and I absolutely love it. I always hated running in years past because of the jarring, jolting and overall pain. Now that I've learned to run softly and smoothly, it has quickly become a favorite hobby. I'm looking forward to learning from this forum. I hope to run with some others from the area as well.

Running in PNW rain is absolutely the best.....

Welcome Justin (and Lance). I loved running in the mist that is Pacific NW "rain" when I was at Fort Lewis many years ago. Glad to have both of you with us. There are many of us out there near you - I hope you can find some good nearby running buddies.

The Greater Northwest sounds like the most hapnin' place in the BF world. Maybe put all your miles together and you'll even catch up with DNEChris! I would love to have such company around for my runs. You all are lucky sods. Damp, but lucky.
