Good places to run in Charleston SC

I'll be visiting Charleston SC soon and wondering if any barefooters know good places to run there? beaches, trails and parks? A run with some local barefooters would be cool too.

I've found that, absent BF connections, I can scout out some interesting runs on a site called "MapMyRun", which is free and pretty useful. Also, if you stay in a pretty good hotel, the concierge almost always can give you some good options.
