This is interesting, I had a first run out after 2 months off and I was thinking, I'm going really slow and not working hard, I should pick up my pace. I was positive I was doing nearer 13 min/mile but when I checked the stats I was doing 11.30 min/mile. It felt like I was taking it too easy!
I'm really shocked. I expected it to be hard being out for a while. It was also my first official forefoot run. As I'd only done 100 metre increments before. Very happy hulahooper :-D
