This is interesting, I had a first run out after 2 months off and I was thinking, I'm going really slow and not working hard, I should pick up my pace. I was positive I was doing nearer 13 min/mile but when I checked the stats I was doing 11.30 min/mile. It felt like I was taking it too easy!
 
It does feel easy, doesn't it? I've never heard one person who has ran barefoot complain how taxing it is.
