Wonder if I can get my local shoe store to carry some of these. I'd be interested in the Lone Peak and see how it feels during a 50k or 50 miler.

The Lone Peak looks like a

The Lone Peak looks like a decent winter running shoe as well. Flat but relatively thick sole for insulation with a decent tread.

I contacted the owner of a

I contacted the owner of a local shoe store and he has contacted them to see if he can get a few pairs. I asked him to set aside a pair of the Lone Peak or Adams for me to play with.
