Barefoot Running with Dolphins and Dog

Had a wonderful BFR on road and then beach. After a storm the previous evening the beach was jewelled with sea puddles which were great to splash in. Saw a family of dolphins leaping through the waves and then was joined by a four legged barefoot running expert. A friendly leaping dog. Looking forward to IBRD on Siesta Key so we can share these treasures. We already have a good group for this.
