I feel very fortunate that I have work to do and that I often need to travel to support clients and partners in the US and other countries. Time away is always packed with meetings, presentations and other work. I seldom make the time to run. So after returning from my recent trip I got to run for 6 miles barefoot on Sunday and the whole body-brain system reset. I never remember having this powerful an experience with other forms of exercise. So thanks to all of you who support our mission of sharing barefoot running with the world.
