Maybe part of it could be helped by building up their aerobic base so they can switch to fat-burning as soon as the blood sugar gets low. This may explain Mike's need for Maff training.

I can vouch for Jen that Mike gets a little crazed when he's hungry. My wife and son both get what we call the hangries. When they get hungry they get very angry. I've never met anybody like this till my wife and son and now Mike.... How does just being slightly hungry make you angry?

Mike is not "slightly" hungry by the time he turns psycho, he is actually starving, but likes to be manly and call it "just" hungry.

ya, it's really important for me to get that under control. fat burning and switching to higher fat diet. i can't get the hangries when i start school in october. can't concentrate then.
