#1 is great because our one cat “kills” a stuffed sheep every night and meows with it in her mouth until we wake up and look at what shes “done” for us.

I think I will make one for my bathroom, to get a foot massage while I brush my teeth.

FNG, that's so funny.  I like

FNG, that's so funny. I like this one. This is exactly what Thing does all the time. He kills and kills and kills, even though we keep feeding him and feeding him and feeding him. He thinks my hunting skills suck?! Ha!

To bring the subject back to

To bring the subject back to topic (but by all means continue with the cat talk) does anyone know the best time, length, and days to march on stones? Is it an "off day" excersize. Should it be done before or after a run? Just wanted to know if there were guidelines out there. With BFR, I've learned to take things quite slow, but I was just wondering if anyone has tried this around here and had some suggestions yet.

If not, I'll perhaps start working on it sometime soon.

I run 4 times a week usually and usually use those days off for my feet and calves to recover. I wonder if a little pre run to get the blood flowing and post run for extra strength would be the best or if days off would be the best time for marching.

Bruno -- My plan is to start really slowly. Maybe even only once or twice a week. I guess the first thing I need to do is get some decent gravel. I'm not sure if I'll go for the rougher stuff right away. I figure that my feet are already in barefoot shape, so going with smooth gravel doesn't make as much sense.

Cats march on stones too, you

Cats march on stones too, you know, little bitty ones called litter. :)

OMGosh!  I've had my kitties

OMGosh! I've had my kitties do that a couple of times too. It felt like a luxurious back massage. I call it making biscuits (got that from my cousin), whenever they are kneading something like that. Silly.

You know that's because they

You know that's because they think you're their mommy, right? The kneading is to get the milk flowing faster and in wild cats the reflex goes away once they stop nursing (you use that word about animals too, right?) but in for some reason cats who have human servants still have it.

Exactly, BB.  It's an

Exactly, BB. It's an instinct. Even my grown cats (in their teens) would do this, even though the blanket or pillow produced no milk. I tell you, they're crazy.
