A mere? After the abuse your poor feet endured on your 24 hour ultra, that's not a bad recovery week distance. I think we only expected 7 miles though, one mile for each day of the week. Hee.

Set a PR at the Susan Komen 5k this morning

Unofficial Clock Time
Mile 1 - 6:12 (feeling great!)
Mile 2 - 12:50 (steep downhill and have to put on brakes)
Mile 3+ - 20:50 (freakin' big hill!!!)



Hope to PR at the San Antonio RnR marathon next week as well

TJ - those times are the clock times they yelled out as I ran past (couldn't find the Garmin and didn't really want to run with it today)

6:12 was time it took to run 1 mile

12:50 was time it took to run 2 miles

20:50 was the finish time



Total weekly mileage was ~33

I got in two 5 mile runs and

I got in two 5 mile runs and a 10 mile bike. Drama is done now though, so I should be able to start adding a lot more workouts.

 25k for the week. Down

25k for the week. Down slightly. Had a bit of abrasion which is healing nicely.

The week coming up will be easy (trying to not use the word tapper) with a 1/2 marathon on Sun "The Last Chance Half". Hope to run it barefoot if the temp is above freezing

Rick The feet must be coming back after all that rubber chip seal. :)
