Week 49 Mileage Reporting ( Dec 4 - Dec 10 )

Boulder and I did a 2.75 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. It was 33 deg. f. with no wind. We tried some sprinting again with success. the sky was clear with lots of stars

3.4 miles around my neighborhood on Thursday. The streets were wet and cold with an air temp of 37, so I opted for shoes this time. I saw a couple of really fat squirrels and a nice stray cat. All in all, nothing is hurting so it was a good run.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 7:00 am. It was 30 deg. f. with light wind for the NW. We spotted cows, horses, ducks and many birds. We got out to late for stars but the sunrise felt good.
