Week 43 Mileage Reporting ( Oct 23 - Oct 29 )

2.2 miles at Presque Isle on Tuesday. It was a good run on a beautiful Fall day with sunshine and temps near 70. Saw 2 Bald Eagles fly by and several wild turkeys. I took a couple of weeks off due to back spasms, and all felt well today.

2.4 miles at Presque Isle on Friday. The leaves are at their amazing height of color right now which provides a beautiful backdrop for being out. All is well...

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 4:30 am. We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 7:00 am. Sundays run was dodging puddles after a all night rain. We got some drizzle along the way. We spotted crows, buzzards, cows and horses. It was 45 deg. f. with 11 mph wind from the north.
