Virginia Beach, VA 5k, lets get our barefoot on!

Calling everyone close to Virginia Beach! We have two barefoot runners so far for this small 5K at Ft. Story. It won't take very many of us to make an impact on the numbers!

I think it is more than 3 hours away if you are in PA. It is a good 4 hours south of D.C.
