Hi everybody, I think I have thigh splints, or adductor insertion avulsion syndrome. It just started on Tuesday when I tried to run I had pretty significant pain on the inside middle part of my thigh. I had been busy running (literally sometimes) around the house getting stuff done with no pain whatsoever. I have minimal pain even now walking around barefoot but when I work I'm required to wear steel toed boots which aggravate it like crazy. I spend all morning at home with no trouble but go to work and by midnight when I get out its hurting. I'm mentioning this to see if any of you have had similar issues and how long it took to fix. I'm running in a 200 mile relay in 5 weeks and it has me a little concerned based on what I've read. Thanks and sorry for the long winded post.
