Give 'em hell and keep smilin! My first vff marathon is next Saturday, so my taper starts on Sunday. I'm so beat up and tired right now that I'm more than ready for an easy week
All I can suggest is light Yoga every night and morning. Nothing strenuous or out of your routine, but just enough breathing and light stretching to take your mind off what you body is telling you because you know you are prepared regardless of the blues.
