St. George Marathon 2012

It is a nice fall marathon in Southern Utah on October 6th, 2012.

After debating for a month, I finally signed up. Goal = finish barefoot. Time to start building up the pavement miles. The road is under construction right now, so there will be a fresh layer of chip seal to deal with.

Wow... that looks like a really fast course.

It's fast if you are good at downhills. A couple of the steeper sections were tough on my knees last year. I hope to redeem myself this year as I have learned new skills and better form.
