I am just curious to see what other barefoot runners use while running outdoors to protect their eyes. I usually run with a sunvisor but have been looking at investing in some good sunglasses like a pair from Rudy Project.
I'm a little nervous about wearing sunglasses while running barefoot because I'm afraid that it will prevent me from clearly seeing and properly avoiding stepping on road debris like glass that I normally can spot with my naked eyes. So I'm just trying to figure out if wearing sunglasses is really the best and safest option for a barefoot runner.
If you do run barefoot with sunglasses please tell me the specifics of them such as are the lens photochromatic, polarized, neutral lens, contrast lens, lens color, brand, etc.... Or if you think sunglasses suck and I should just stick to my sunvisor, then let me know.
Thanks!
