I came across this yesterday, absolutely horrible to read.

Apparently he went out for a run on Thursday and was found first on Saturday.
I think it was on Wednesday that I was youtubing his gravel bucket training-video for some winter motivation and then i read this on Thursday, unbelievable. Thoughts go out to his family.
