Dr., I found a video of, I'm thinking it's you, running.

I watched it, full of some great technical details on the way humans were supposed to move. I noticed something about your stride that I can't see in myself (my feet are hidden from my view when I run, and I'm above them anyway).

Where do you "land" on your foot? The video ALMOST looks like you land flatfooted, though it probably doesn't have the frames per second to truly tell.

yes that is me . i think i do land midfoot but what is more important is landing close to center and getting the foot coming back to the ground.

it is important that the foot is strong and springy also .
