I watched it, full of some great technical details on the way humans were supposed to move. I noticed something about your stride that I can't see in myself (my feet are hidden from my view when I run, and I'm above them anyway).
Where do you "land" on your foot? The video ALMOST looks like you land flatfooted, though it probably doesn't have the frames per second to truly tell.
