It has been a while, I have been running/ waking ~ 15 miles bf a week since December going quite well but I don't think I am going to do any major running regimens soon.
One of my biggest problems are my pinky toes particularly my right one, They always were a little bent but my left one had improved a lot. A few weeks ago I went to a dance and wore some tight fitting shoes for a few hours and now my right pinky toe is completely bent under my 4rth toe and on it's side when I walk. Besides looking extremely unattractive it also goes completely numb when I walk or run.
Do you think that I can fix it without surgery? I am going to put some pieces of foam between my toes when I sleep to try to space them apart.
