After spending a few months being barefoot or wearing minimalist shoes, have you noticed a change in your body (or over time due to being barefoot)?
For example, I am now able to run longer distances without issues and/or pain, my feet feel stronger, my mood has also increased (I feel more relaxed and less stressed), and I have noticed that my feet are a wee bit wider than they were prior to starting this new journey back in February 2022.
I am wondering if anyone else would like to share whatever changes they have also experienced, positive or negative?
