I can't believe I'm asking this, but hey, I'm amongst friends, right? No matter when I run (morning with nothing in my tummy or in the afternoon about 3 hours after eating) I find that I almost immediately have to go to the bathroom, not to pee. I can generally make it my 2 miles back to my house but at that point I literally race into the bathroom (fastest part of my run!) without taking my headphones out or anything. Sometimes I have to stop at the portapotties at my halfway mark. How am I ever going to increase my distance/time??? Please tell me there is some magic cure for this.
