Mileage Reporting Week 51 ( Dec. 18 - Dec. 24)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Monday at 4:30 am. It was 47 deg. f. with light winds. We did some sprinting along the way. We spotted one rabbit.

3.6 mile shod run at Presque Isle on Monday. It was 30 degrees with snow and ice patches on my running trail. Saw some duck hunters and a couple of walkers, but that was all. I'm feeling pretty good and am glad that I got out there.

I did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 11;30 am. I went to spring creek trail in Richardson TX. this was an old frequented path for me when I was training for 1/2 and full marathons. the path goes along a creek bed with lots of trees some birds and squirrels.

Boulder and I did another 3 mile run Friday at 6:30 am . It was 55 deg. f., dark and overcast with fog. The road was wet with puddles from previous rain. We spotted horses at the end. No sunrise today.

3.6 miles on Sunday at Presque Isle; it was foggy with a wet trail and temps in the low 40's. I saw quite a few walkers and one other runner, which was more than expected considering the uninspiring weather. All other critters were in hiding. Other than cold, numb feet; all is well with me.
