Mileage Reporting Week 50 ( Dec. 11 - Dec. 17 )

3.5 miles at Presque Isle this afternoon ( Tuesday ). It was sunny for a change- first sunny day in weeks- and the temp was in the low 40's with a 30 mph west wind. Saw 1 other runner and very few birds. This was a good run, and tough coming back against the wind. All is good physically with me.

3.5 miles at Presque Isle on Thursday. The road was dry with temp of 42. Still a pretty stiff breeze though. Saw no other runners and only some seagulls and a couple of lone cardinals. It was a good run and all is well.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. It was 33 deg. f. with no wind. The sky was clear and I saw lots of shooting stars. We spotted some deer laying down in a pasture.
