Mileage Reporting Week 29 ( July 17 - July 23 )

4 miles at Presque Isle Wednesday morning. It was a beautiful morning with gentle breezes and temps in the mid 70's with low humidity. There were plenty of other mostly retired people out and about as well.

Boulder and I did 2-3 mile runs so far this week.
We did 1 Tuesday at 4:30 and 1 Thursday at 4:30.
The sky was clear and lots of lightning bugs. It was 85 deg. f. with light winds.
Tuesday we spotted some deer.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. It was clear sky and 75 deg. f. with no wind. we spotted 4 or 5 white egrets in 1 tree and horses.

It really felt great to get out!!
