Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:15. Clear sky with lots of stars. It was 80 deg. f. with 75% Rh. Even though it is dark there are lots of sights and sounds.

3.4 miles at Presque Isle on a hazy, smoky day. This smoke is supposed to be very unhealthy so I limited my exposure today to this 30 minute run. There were not too many people out for an otherwise nice day. Other than seagulls , did not see much in the way of wildlife either. Hoping this air clears soon. We have had our share of this recently.

3.5 miles at Presque Isle on Saturday. Warm and muggy conditions- finally feels like summer. Everything feels good and the air quality has improved for the time being. Lots of tourists here for the long holiday weekend. I had a good time and felt great afterwards.
