We went out for a 3 mile run on the country road at 5:00 am. We started out with a light mist, (we were trying to sneak a run in before the rain) the last 1/2 mile it poured on us. We both got soaked. We heard whippoorwills.
Great outing
Boulder and I did a 4 mile run on the country road at 5:00 am. It was 54 deg. f. with light winds. The sky was clear. We had stars and a cool moon at the start and ended with an outstanding sunrise! We heard whippoorwills and owls.
Great time!!
4.2 mile run on Wednesday evening after work in pleasant 60 degree weather. Lots of bikes and walkers out gearing up for the big holiday weekend. Lots or red wing blackbirds out this evening.
Boulder and I did another 4.5 mile run around Waterloo Lake Sunday at 6:30 am. It was 75 deg. f. with light winds. We spotted the usual fun wildlife in and around the lake!
