Mileage Reporting Week 1 ( January 8 - January 14 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Thursday at 4:30 am. It was 32 deg. f. with 5 mph wind from the E.
looks like more really cold weather coming our way. may be doing more inside workouts for a bit.

3.8 miles on Thursday around my neighborhood in snow and rain. Presque Isle is closed due to the storm earlier this week. I took it pretty slow due to some sciatica that I have been experiencing in my left leg. I needed to get out and was glad that I was able to finish this. Our weather is going to tank for the foreseeable future so I will be moving indoors too.
