I am in Fort Worth on business. Staying at near the convention center so I went on a barefoot run last night. Went around the center and the water gardens three times for a total of 3.2 miles. Felt pretty good so I picked up my pace a bit for the 2nd and 3rd miles. Some of the pavement was really rough and pebbly around the water gardens. Felt a little stiff today but I did pretty well. After a hearty meal with clients, I was tempted to go on another night run after the rain subsided but it's gotten too late. Maybe tomorrow morning I will try again.
It is impressive that you can keep your AHR so low. At that pace, mine is about 135.A very gentle 10.5 miles, in Samsons, at about 9:20 pace. AHR was 119 and, even though way overdressed for just on freezing, not a drop of sweat was generated. A totally refreshing run
