    We'll be having a casual run, both 1K and 5K distances, along the Burke-Gilman trail, which parallels the gorgeous western shore of Lake Washington. Last year's run had a wonderful turnout, and beautiful weather. Barefoot is highly encouraged, but bring your minimalist shoes if you prefer.

    Matthews Beach Park, meet in the parking lot right before Burke-Gilman trail.
