I don't know how cold it was, but the wind was moving along pretty smartly and when I turned to face into it my eyes started tearing up a bit and then I noticed that my eyelashes were freezing together. That just doesn't work for trail running. Too dangerous. Fortunately it only lasted a little ways and then I was out of the direct force of the wind. Ah, winter!
It wasn't actually that bad a run. 6 miles and a bit in an hour and a couple minutes, with a good stretch of newly discovered woods trail without too much rock. In my Bikilas.
