Hey everyone I'm new to the site and to BFR. I live in RI and originally from MA. I run 2-3 days a week BF. I also bike and hit the weights several days a week.

Thanks TJ. I don't see a RI chapter? Just MA. I am on the border of MA anyways and work in MA. So its really not much difference for me.
