This is a big loop, about 2.5 miles or so, around a large hill. Since it's a loop, there's very little vehicle traffic, because only the folks that live on the loop need drive here. This is a very popular spot for runners and walkers. Parking is ample. The surfaces is paved road, and is a little rough. It was tolerable, and my feet weren't terrible afterwards. The course is rolling hills, and this is a nice challenge. I don't run hills ever, since I live in Florida, so this left my calves sore. But it's got great scenery, of the resevoir and classic Texas wilderness, and it feels isolated when you can't see other exercisers.
