Foot Mileage w/e Nov. 14

Zumba - I have a couple more

Zumba - I have a couple more coming up soon on Dec 26 and Jan 23. Tentative goal is sub-3:30 which is what I was on pace for on Sunday until Nature called.

I haven't really trained this year but between going barefoot/minimalist, running trails, and switching to mostly Paleo eating, running just seems so much more effortless now.



Stomper - I can't wait until our short wet season arrives so I can get in a couple muddy, sloppy runs. So much fun!
