Here's one for you, TJ.

On FloTrack's IG page, there is a minute-long video clip of a female anchor runner in the girls 15-16 4x400 meter relay race who lost her right shoe early in the anchor leg while inheriting the lead from her teammate and ran the entire final leg with a bare right foot. She went on to win the race. This took place at the AAU Junior Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Correction: The meet is being held in Des Moines,Iowa at Drake Stadium, not Atlanta. Apologies for the misinformation.

One lost shoe is better than no lost shoes. Ha!
