Recently switched to a primal
Recently switched to a primal diet - similar to, but a bit more restrictive than the diet recommended in the article.
It's only been a few weeks, but very curious to see what it might do regarding inflammation in general - as one who seems (through every fault of her own) to be constantly fending off niggling injuries, attempting to keep them from becoming full blown.
(I've also switched to low-heart-rate training in an effort to reduce the stress of running too many miles in no-man's-land.)
