Comfrey for the hurt runner

When I've injuries like bruises I use the Comfrey root. Well, actually I gather it before I get injured..., but you can also buy an ointment in the pharmacy. Then you've to ask for something with allantoin in it! Or even better ask for something with Comfrey extract in it, then it's more natural...

I can highly recommend Comfrey for outer use. One of the old names of it is knitbone.

So, all of you with spread ankles, bruises and injuries like that..., take a look..., try it..., you won't be disappointed!
